Vijay Sonawane
Vijay is a post graduate in counseling psychology and wears many hats as a career coach, corporate & educational trainer, and MSME consultant. Vijay has over 25 years of experience in the area of business development, performance, and productivity management. Vijay has worked across the value chain and has proven expertise in nurturing nascent businesses and transforming them into successful business models. Prior to establishing Arrham Intelligence Institute, Vijay has worked with multinational groups like GTL, DHL Worldwide, ATC Shipping, Wilson Logistics, Kotak Mahindra, Aviva, and Principal Financial Group in various capacities. He has coached thousands of students and individuals to choose the right career option through a systematic career guidance process. His passion, industry experience, and ongoing research in the field of career adds excellent value while dealing with the complex process of choosing the right career. He works closely with corporate and educational institutes as a facilitator in the area of multiple intelligence, emotional intelligence, cognitive psychology, positive psychology, mindfulness, leadership, change management, collaboration, and resilience.
He holds many international certifications in the area of Multiple Intelligence (IMI, Singapore), NLP Master Practitioner (NFNLP, USA), Certification in REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy), and Emotional Intelligence from Six Seconds, USA (EQFC, EQAC, EQPC, EQYV). He also holds CPP accreditation for Strong Interest Inventory. And he also holds Advance Certification in Career Counselling.

He comes with rich experience of over 20 years across the function of finance, education, strategy,
advisory, and marketing communication. Having worked on various challenging and diverse projects,
he has a deep understanding of how to create a strategic impact for micro, small and mid-sized
organizations. He is on Board of few companies to provide strategic direction and consulting.
Currently, he is working as Director at Wealth management firm – I & I Financial Services Pvt. Ltd and
a founder trustee of Synergy Group of Schools.
Sandeepan is B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication from Government Engineering
College, Aurangabad and PGDM- finance from Symbiosis (SCMHRD), Pune and MDP at Indian
Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA)

Usha Iyer
Usha is an educationist by heart. Having started her journey in 1982 as Post Graduate Teacher of English with Kendriya Vidyalaya, she accomplished many career successes and became Principal, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and retired as Director Zonal Institute of Education and Training (ZIET), Mumbai region.
While working with ZIET she was directly involved in the continuous development of teachers, vice-principals, and Principals of Kendriya Vidyalayas as a facilitator and Coach. She has prepared study material and resource books for English, Classes I to VIII as per KVS guidelines.
She worked across the national as well as international geographical locations like Moscow, Mumbai, Pune, Calicut, Kolkatta, Bhubaneshwar.
Her qualification includes BA in French and English, MA in English, B. Ed, M. Ed, and PGCTE from EFLU, Hyderabad.

Jhankar is a company secretary and a specialist in aviation laws.
He brings with him rich corporate experience spread over more than 35 years. He is a passionate facilitator and an equally ardent corporate trainer.
He is specialized in Emotional Intelligence and holds international certification as Coach and Assessor.
He is a TEDx speaker and his TEDx talk “Choice” is well known in the corporate fraternity.
His compassion for humanity and the underprivileged has got him involved in many humane causes involving; Education, Culture, Health, and Hunger.
He is an avid Rotarian for the past 3 decades and has been a lead resource in executing projects from Peace, World Understanding, Education, Health and Youth Development.

A prodigiously experienced, Sachin is a visionary, IT-savvy, process and result oriented professional and an IIM Lucknow alumni of 2001. He has previously worked with big corporates like The Times of India Group, ICICI Bank Ltd., Birla Group and IMS. WiseMindz Ventures is his
patrician initiative. Sachin is one masterly Abacus and Vedic Math
trainer, while STEM and Robotics are the subject matters that he
expertise in. He is not only a prime mover but also a thorough executer.
